Statement:
Steve Fischer is an artisan living and working in the Shenandoah Valley. From his studio in Mt. Solon, VA come handcrafted bowls, jewelry, ornaments, platters, spoons and your heart's desire all created from the woods of the earth.

As a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, Shenandoah Council of the Arts relies on community support and on publicand private grants to continue OASIS and its programs promoting the arts.   Both the ArtsCouncil of the Valley and the VirginiaCommission for the Arts provide funding through grants for artists and arts programs.
